You have access to learning resources. These resources will help you understand your health options and assist you with viewing your health records. Each resource provides information about your role and the options available to you.

If you have any questions about content covered in the following education resources, use the Chat With Us feature.

    1. TRICARE Assistant will first authenticate you.
    2. Once authenticated, the Assistant will assist you further. Depending on your inquiry, the Assistant may direct you to self-service steps.
