Due to the current lapse in government funding, there may be delays in medical claims payments until funding is restored. TriWest’s objective during this period is to process within the contractual standard, and we remain committed to returning to our current performance as quickly as possible once the shutdown has ended and funding resumes. You may continue to care for beneficiaries and submit claims per normal business practice. Usual beneficiary copayments or cost shares remain in place for beneficiary care.
