Important Information for Impacted TRICARE Providers

Our hearts go out to you and all of those impacted during this devastating time.

We are currently assessing the effect on access to care for TRICARE beneficiaries in the impacted areas.

If you or your office cannot see patients at this time, please contact your TriWest network point of contact at your earliest opportunity.

Use the West Region provider directory to direct patients needing care to a different network provider, if needed.

Urgent Care Needs

TRICARE beneficiaries can go to urgent care without a referral.

Use the West Region provider directory to find an urgent care center near you. Encourage your patients to call first to confirm availability and hours of operation.

Care Coordination Needs

TriWest is currently reaching out to TRICARE beneficiaries enrolled in case and disease management or other special programs. Our clinical team works directly with these enrolled beneficiaries to ensure their critical care continues.

If you are contacted by a beneficiary with special care needs, please let your TriWest network point of contact know so that TriWest can connect with them right away.
