California Wildfires Notice
Important Information for Impacted TRICARE Beneficiaries
Our hearts go out to you during this devastating time. Care is still available to you when you need it.
Use the West Region provider directory to find care near you. Some provider offices are impacted by the wildfires. The West Region network offers alternatives for your care needs.
Urgent Care Needs
You can go to urgent care without a referral. This allows you to seek nonemergency care for illnesses or injuries if your primary care provider is currently unavailable. If you reasonably believe you have an emergency, call 911 or, go to the nearest emergency room.
Use the West Region provider directory to find an urgent care center near you. Call first to confirm availability and hours of operation.
Telemedicine Options
You can also access care through telemedicine options. Go the West Region provider directory. Enter your location and your TRICARE plan. Then, select “View More Shortcuts”. After that, choose “Find Telemedicine Services”. Finally, choose the “Virtual Care” tab at the top for results. From there you can filter to a specialty or service you need. For mental health care, you can find services under behavioral health, mental health, and professional counseling.
Nurse Advice Line
If it's after hours or you're not sure if you need to see a doctor, call TRICARE's Nurse Advice Line 24/7.
